High density nylon – this ribbon prevents the pins, regardless of how small they are, from bending or breaking. Only this kind of ribbon can be used on 24-pins printers.
Seamless nylon – this nylon is typical for short length ribbons where the printing is very intensive and the ribbon passes much more times trough the print head. The seamless ribbon doesn’t tear apart, prevents the pins from breaking and extends the printer life.
