by public transport:

Get off at the NISI bus station (the place where the road branches off for Gorna Bania district) if you are coming by bus 111 or by bus 260. 

If you are coming by bus 73, get off at the bus station by the diplomatic houses on Boryana Street.

If you are coming by road taxi 33, get off at the place where the road branches off for Gorna Bania district/Montevideo Str. If you are coming by road taxi 27, 29 or 48, get off at NBU (New Bulgarian University). This is the last stop for these three road taxis.

by car:

If you are driving on the roundabout road from Boyana in direction Ljulin, when you cross Tsar Boris III Blvd., after the first traffic light (junction of the roundabout road with Ljubljana Str.), take the side lane and go straight until you reach the building of the Institute for Science Research. You can use the parking in front of the building.
