You can search for the consumables for your device or any other related information easily and in different ways in our Website.

Please read carefully the text below so that you learn how to search efficiently and acquire the desired results.

The easiest and fastest way to find your consumables if you know both your machine model and brand is to use the drop down menu located at the top of the page.

Simply choose your brand and its models will dynamically load. Then choose your model and the products related to this machine will become listed. If your brand is not listed please tick the "Show not so common brands aswell" checkbox located above the brands dropdown. Now simply choose your brand and the appropriate model.

The other way of searching is to use the Search text box located at the very top right corner of any page.

This search also has two options. Once you put your cursor on the textbox you will see these two options: Site and Products. 

Selecting the Site search searches for the keywords in the content of all the pages of the site and will show the result listing different pages that contained the keywords.

The other option, Products, searches for the keywords in the product list. Currently these keywords can be:

• brand or model of the printing device, fax machine or photocopy machine
  
• original cartridge code
• Freckles SKU code

shown in three columns next to each other. 

This search method is particularly helpful in conditions where you don't know your brand or model fully or the above method with drop down menus doesn't work.

Below are examples of different combinations of keywords and the results that they would lead to:

canon: will list all the models of the brand canon
clp: will list all the models of brands containing "clp" in it plus all the original cartridge codes containing "clp" in it, as well as all the Freckles SKU codes, which contain "clp"
can bjc: will list all the printers/machines containining "can" and "bjc" in its brand or model or original cartridge. In this case the result will be all canon bjc models.
hp 100: will give you all the hp models with the number "100" in their model name.
10S0150: will give you the cartridge code 10S0150

Some Useful Tips:

• Our site is made in two languages so that more people have access to it. Please make sure that every time you use key words to search in site, you write them in the language you are currently viewing the site contents. If you are reading the site in English use key words written in English and vice versa in Bulgarian. If you put a Bulgarian word in the search field while you are in the English interface, you will get no results. The same would happen in Bulgarian interface when you are using English key words.
• Avoid using the "+" sign in your search query. If you are looking for 'Epson EPL 5200+' either search for 'Epson EPL 5200' and then choose the plus model from the result set or search for 'Epson EPL 5200 plus'
• When you are in the searchbox, pressing the enter key searches for the keywords in the Products by default.
• The more information you type in the keywords the narrower will be the search result.
